Whisky Sour

This is a short, enjoyable cocktail and easy to drink. It is also very easy to make!


Ingredients

  • Bourbon Whisky
  • Cane Sugar Syrup
  • 1/2 a Lime
  • Ice Cubes

Equipment

  • Whiskey Glass
  • Bar Spoon

Method

  • Pour a double measure of Bourbon Whisky into a glass, having put a few ice cubes into the glass first.
  • Pour in a single measure of cane sugar and squeeze 1/2 a lime into the drink too.
  • Using a bar spoon mix the drink thoroughly by stirring for a minute or two. Relax and enjoy!
