Jelly Fish

This is a short cocktail, and very enjoyable too!


Ingredients

  • Amaretto
  • Grenadine
  • White Chocolate Liqueur
  • Baileys

Equipment

  • Shot Glass
  • Bar Spoon

Method

  • Pour the Amaretto (as slowly as possible), on the back of the spoon, against the side of the glass until it is a third full.
  • Use the same process with the White Chocolate Liqueur and the Baileys.
  • Finally, top the drink with a dash of Grenadine.
  • Then you should have a "3 x layer drink". Please follow this process otherwise the drink will not 'layer' properly. Relax and enjoy!
