Jelly Fish

This is a short cocktail, and very enjoyable too!
Ingredients
- Amaretto
- Grenadine
- White Chocolate Liqueur
- Baileys
Equipment
- Shot Glass
- Bar Spoon
Method
- Pour the Amaretto (as slowly as possible), on the back of the spoon, against the side of the glass until it is a third full.
- Use the same process with the White Chocolate Liqueur and the Baileys.
- Finally, top the drink with a dash of Grenadine.
- Then you should have a "3 x layer drink". Please follow this process otherwise the drink will not 'layer' properly. Relax and enjoy!
