Chocolate Rattlesnake

This is a short cocktail, and very enjoyable cocktail too!


Ingredients

  • Kahlua
  • White Chocolate Liqueur
  • Peppermint Liqueur
  • Baileys

Equipment

  • Shot Glass
  • Bar Spoon

Method

  • Pour the Kahula (as slowly as posible), on the back of the spoon, against the side of the glass. Roughly, (a quarter of the way up inside the shot glass).
  • Then use the same process with the White Chocolate Liqueur and the Peppermint Liqueur.
  • Finally, top the drink with the Baileys, (using the same method as before), but only about a 1/4" on top of the peppermint liqueur.
  • Then you should have a "4 layerd" drink. Please, follow this process otherwise the drink will not 'layer' properly. Relax and enjoy!
