Royal Mojito-Cocktail
Hello Everyone and Happy Monday! We hope that you are keeping well and safe, during this month of November.
The origin or history of how this cocktail started is, a bit vague. But if you would like to surprise your guests with a different drink this Christmas, this will fit in perfectly.
How to make the above cocktail, you will need the following ingredients/equipment.
50ml White Rum (we used Bacardi)
25ml Lime Juice
25ml Cane Sugar Syrup
Mint Leaf (for the garnish)
Coupette Glass (or something similar from your cupboard)
Ice Cubes
Ice Scoop
Strainer/Sieve
Chopping Board/Knife
Bar spoon
Cocktail Pourers
Cocktail Shaker
This is a fairly straight forward cocktail to make but also very easy to drink too.
To make this cocktail, you will need to follow these simple steps:
First pre-chill the glass you are using, by placing some ice cubes into it. Then you need to place a few ice cubes into the cocktail shaker glass, along with 50ml White Rum, 25ml Lime Juice and 25ml Sugar Syrup. Shake the cocktail 20/30 times over your shoulder, until mixed properly. Strain the drink as you pour the drink straight into the coupette glass, without the ice. Finally, place a mint leaf on the top of drink, for the garnish.
Kick yourself back, relax and enjoy!
Just out of curiosity, what is your favourite cocktail at this time of year? Message us please and let us know, thank you.
